TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Due to limited parking facilities, only one parking pass per guest room will be issued. Additional parking is available in the free public parking lot adjacent to the hotel.

    No trailers, watercraft, or other recreational vehicles may be parked in Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach parking lot. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

    Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach is a family hotel offering rest
    and relaxation for our guests. We enforce a NO PARTY
    POLICY     in our rooms, and require that no more than five
    persons occupy a room at one time.

    The registered guest must be at least 21 years of age. Misconduct and misuse of our rooms and facilities is prohibited. Misuse of rooms includes smoking in non-smoking rooms.

    Special requests (i.e. rollaway beds, connecting rooms, etc.) will be noted and will be honored upon arrival if available. 

    Rates are higher during Special Event and Holiday periods. Special event rates can be quoted upon request and may require a 3 night minimum stay. 

    All rates are subject to area sales tax and lease fee and may change without notice. 

    A limited number of rollaways are available for a fee of $10.00 per day. Request should be made with the reservation. 

    NO PETS PLEASE. A kennel is located in Gulf Breeze, approximately 1½ miles from the hotel.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES
  • Check in time begins at 4:00 p.m.*
  • Check out time:  11:00 a.m.
    *Due to the nature of our resort environment, all rooms may not be ready by 4:00 p.m. 

    The hotel will make every effort to accommodate any guest arriving prior to 4:00 p.m., however, 4:00 p.m. is the check in time. 

    Check out time is 11:00 a.m. After 11:00 a.m., a half day rate will be applied until 2:00 p.m. After 2:00 p.m., a full day rate applies. Late check-outs are allowed based on availability.

    Maximum Capacities are Four (4) Adults or a Family of Five (5) based on hotel availability.
